Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the NexGuild mobile application ("App") operated by Firebolt Apps ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not use the App.
Subscription & Auto-Renewal
NexGuild offers an auto-renewable VIP subscription ("NexGuild VIP") with the following terms:
NexGuild VIP
- Title: NexGuild VIP
- Duration: 1 month
- Price: USD $2.99 / month (price may vary by region)
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Free Trial
NexGuild may offer a free trial period. The trial is available once per account. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically begin unless cancelled beforehand.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems.
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Firebolt Apps and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. NexGuild is not affiliated with or endorsed by Lilith Games or the Call of Dragons game.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Firebolt Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Espírito Santo, Brazil.
Privacy Policy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Apple App Store Additional Terms
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:
- These Terms are between you and Firebolt Apps only, not Apple.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
- Apple is not responsible for any product warranties.
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
